Role Overview

As an ERP Project Manager, you will be an active member of Satispay's Finance department, captained by our CFO and Co-Founder. Your mission will be to lead and manage ERP Implementation projects, ensuring end-to-end success in the Finance department, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ERP Implementation projects. Ensure end-to-end success in the Finance department, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.

  • Facilitate smooth ERP-driven transitions. Address resistance, ensure positive user experiences, and support stakeholders through the transformation process.

  • Coordinate and provide ERP user training. Ensure Finance team members and end-users can effectively utilize the ERP system.

  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes. Guarantee the ERP system meets performance and functional requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Maintain adherence to best practices, especially in the fintech sector, throughout the ERP implementation.

Requirements

  • Extensive financial services industry experience. You specialize in credit analysis with a deep understanding of financial services.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment. You can interpret complex financial data and effectively communicate your findings to diverse stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail. You are detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Team-player attitude. You are known for integrity and professionalism, and you excel in dynamic environments while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

  • Language proficiency. You are fluent in Italian and English.
