ERP Project Manager Role Overview

As an ERP Project Manager at Satispay, you'll be part of our growing Finance department, working closely with our CFO and Co-Founder. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring end-to-end success in the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Facilitate smooth ERP-driven transitions, addressing resistance and ensuring positive user experiences.
  • Coordinate and provide ERP user training, ensuring Finance team members and end-users can effectively utilize the ERP system.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes, guaranteeing the ERP system meets performance and functional requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintaining adherence to best practices in the fintech sector.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of financial services.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team-player attitude, with integrity and professionalism, and the ability to excel in dynamic environments while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Language proficiency in Italian and English.
