In this role as Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial part in our expansion by driving business development initiatives that connect top talent with our clients, transforming their businesses.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives. You will identify and engage high-potential prospects, build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and lead efforts to identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and qualify leads through various channels.

You will also stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your approach to prospecting and client engagement. Collaboration and leadership are essential skills, as you will work closely with our business development, marketing, BI, and sales operations teams to optimize strategies and maximize results.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector;
  • Experience in a startup or B2B environment with a focus on tech is highly desirable;
  • Bilingual communication skills, with fluency in English and French (written and spoken), as you will be interacting with clients globally;
  • A hunter mentality, strong team spirit, and relentless drive to succeed;
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a global team;

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as total flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere if you have the drive and motivation.
