**Job Summary**

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and retaining existing customers through strategic partnerships with distributors and key value-added resellers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with distributors and key value-added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.
  • Motivate and energize channel partners to work with Sangfor, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
  • Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of channel sales, solution selling, or project selling experience in the IT industry, preferably with government sector customer experience, experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
  • Firm, dynamic, result-oriented, and strong achievement motivation.
  • High integrity, target-focused, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
