At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Principal and Admissions Team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization that is shaping the future of education.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Principal, including managing their diary, greeting visitors, and handling confidential matters. They will also play a key role in supporting the Admissions Team, including generating marketing materials, creating newsletters, and planning school events.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of professional administrative experience, preferably in a premium customer service, marketing, or sales driven environment. They will also have a strong creative flair, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
The successful candidate will be a graduate in any discipline and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian. They will also have a positive attitude and approach to professional development, with a readiness to make a proactive contribution to whole school marketing and admissions.
