We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverage items to guests with a smile and ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service.
  • Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period, including preparing and restocking inventory.
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, as well as all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
