As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless store operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics or related studies.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
  • Highly developed business acumen and ability to take a 'big picture' view of a situation.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills and abilities.
  • Fluent in Italian and German.
