About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Account Management Team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Advertising business, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth and Strategy: Lead and work with the team to achieve revenue targets and develop strategies to drive growth.
  2. Team Management: Hire, develop, and manage a world-class team of Account Managers to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  3. Client Engagement: Dive deep into client needs, gather feedback, and identify solutions to improve their advertising experience with Amazon Advertising.
  4. Business Acumen and Sales Skills: Develop the team's sales skills, business acumen, and ability to generate innovative and challenging insights.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Engage with clients, Amazon Advertising's leadership team, and product/platform leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, ability to establish effective cross-team and cross-functional partnerships, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous People Management Experience: Previous experience in people management in the industry.
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in a relevant field.
