About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Hr Technical Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our Industry Services business line, you will be responsible for leveraging our international network to strategically position our Technical Recruitment service for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote a robust global recruiting community to ensure fulfillment of technical staffing needs for the Energy and Infrastructure sectors worldwide.
  • Align people and resources needs with the 2030 Industry Services business line target.
  • Implement clear working procedures for each recruitment team per subregion and maintain an interactive map for our organizational structure.
  • Categorize agency use and revenue loss per region to prioritize action plans and support.
  • Facilitate international mobility and manage Work Permit processes and Overseas Tax implications.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment and technical staffing, gained in consultancy companies, employment agencies, or companies in the industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Organizational skills and dynamism to successfully manage several vacancies.
  • Customer orientation, team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
