We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio and acquiring new business while reporting to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a valuable portfolio of customers to ensure growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement detailed sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead conversion to customer onboarding and account management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using available company tools
  • Foster strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Proven ability to sell digital services and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills in sales planning and pipeline management
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus)
