We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio and acquiring new business while reporting to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a valuable portfolio of customers to ensure growth and expansion
- Develop and implement detailed sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead conversion to customer onboarding and account management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using available company tools
- Foster strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Proven ability to sell digital services and provide excellent customer service
- Strong negotiation skills in sales planning and pipeline management
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus)
