At PRADA, we are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our Indirect Procurement team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for covered expense categories, ensuring the highest level of quality and value for our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage procurement requests and issue orders to vendors
- Analyze and monitor expenditure KPIs for covered categories
- Negotiate with strategic vendors in agreement with the Head of Indirect Procurement
- Supervise the scouting and selection of new potential vendors
- Draw up contracts with vendors in agreement with the Head of Indirect Procurement
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Management
- At least 7 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in the fashion industry
- Excellent knowledge of the supply market for relevant categories
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Expert in procurement and negotiation techniques
