Job Description

Il National Key Account è un ruolo chiave all'interno del Team Sales di Iliad Italia S.p.A. e si occupa di fornire supporto nella gestione delle attività di Distribution Support Management dei diversi canali distributivi.

Responsabilità
  • Sviluppare la relazione commerciale con partner commerciali nazionali e locali del canale Large Chain;
  • Sviluppare i canali di vendita di propria competenza, quali Large Chain, Express, Point, ed altri, in ottica di capillarità e presenza del brand Iliad su tutto il territorio nazionale;
  • Gestire operativa delle attività relative ai canali di vendita quali Large Chain, Express, Point, ed altri;
  • Negoziare gli spazi commerciali e attività all'interno del canale Large Chain con i diversi partner e con il dipartimento Trade Marketing;
  • Supportare la negoziazione degli spazi commerciali e delle attività con i General contractor;
  • Monitorare e condividere i diversi stakeholders interni coinvolti delle attività necessarie allo sviluppo dei canali di propria competenza;
  • Analizzare il fabbisogno formativo con gli stakeholders interni per tutti i canali di vendita Large Chain, Express, Point, ed altri;
  • Garantire il raggiungimento dei target relativi a tutti i canali di vendita di propria competenza;
  • Analizzare quotidianamente dei dati di andamento delle performance commerciali al fine di garantire le performance richieste;
  • Produrre, analizzare i dati e costruire benchmark dei canali di vendita;
  • Gestire e valutare commercialmente le analisi territoriali per l'ottimizzazione aperture cross canale dei punti vendita;
  • Gestire operativamente i partner e dei fornitori del team Key Account Management;
  • Supportare la definizione e il monitoraggio dei target di attivazioni, qualità e customer experience dei canali Corner, Large Chain ed altri canali di vendita.
Requisiti
  • Laurea o esperienza equivalente;
  • Eccellenti capacità di relazione interpersonale e di negoziazione;
  • Esperienza maturata nell'ambito della grande distribuzione;
  • Grande motivazione nella costruzione e nel consolidamento del network professionale;
  • Orientamento agli obiettivi e al risultato;
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel;
  • Ottima capacità di leadership e di problem solving;
  • Energia, flessibilità e proattività;
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente sul territorio nazionale;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Interesse ed esperienza nel settore delle telecomunicazioni;
  • Conoscenza Tableu.
