About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Key Account HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our national key accounts in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Europe Service Strategic Account manager to provide local input and support for strategic accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities for key accounts.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle to ensure account plans are in place and aligned with customer needs and expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities to deliver orders, sales, and margin targets.
  • Support the adoption of standard Carrier work and processes to ensure best practice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service-based, technology/equipment industry, with a focus on sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop senior customer stakeholder relationships.
