Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Specialist to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review records and documents for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Generate standard operating procedures to define and improve quality system functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements (CE/FDA/QSR) and GDP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in DNA diagnostics or other medical devices.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
