Job Title: Indirect Sales Help Desk Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Indirect Sales Help Desk Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing support to our network of agencies in managing their deposits and sales flows for indirect sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our agencies via remote and on-site visits
• Develop and conduct training sessions on new openings and audit specialist services
• Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably in Statistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and problem-solve
• Strong knowledge of English
• Proficiency in report writing and administrative tasks
