Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Torino. As a key member of our sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support for all their inquiries and requests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a speedy and qualitative manner.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You will identify and report bottlenecks within our processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • You will maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions, documentation, and complaints in our relevant systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • You should have approximately 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You should be solution-driven, persistent, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You should be fluent in Italian and have a good conversational level in English.
  • You should be available to work flexible hours, including 9:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00, from Monday to Friday.
