Main Activities

As a Logistics Coordinator at PRAXI, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of national and international shipments. This includes:

  1. Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods;
  2. Requesting and evaluating quotes from multiple providers to select the best option for each shipment;
  3. Managing special shipment agreements with providers to ensure seamless execution;
  4. Verifying and processing shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  5. Managing budgets for distribution and shipping of products;
  6. Ensuring that all logistics services meet company and customer standards;
  7. Developing and implementing logistics processes to optimize supply chain efficiency and organization.

Requirements

Fundamental/Must-Have

  1. Proven experience in a logistics or transportation role;
  2. Advanced knowledge of logistics processes and transportation regulations;
  3. Excellent English language skills.

Desirable/Nice-to-Have

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
  2. Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
