FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist for Order Processing. With a presence in 29 countries and over 3,600 employees worldwide, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders received via standard PO or Configurator
• Plan and manage production of equipment orders
• Monitor order production progress and ensure timely delivery
• Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions and sales contracts
• Resolve return shipments, non-conformities, and delivery delays
• Provide exceptional customer support
• Issue accurate invoices and credit/debit notes
• Ensure effective goods collection and logistics documentation
• Monitor customer credit situations

Requirements and Competences:

• Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics
• 3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration
• Excellent English language skills and preferably a second language (German an asset)
• Precision, accuracy, and risk analysis skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office
