Descrizione del ruolo:
Per la nostra sede di Barberino Tavarnelle (FI), siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire all'interno del team di Customer Service.
Il candidato ideale dovrà occuparsi della preparazione delle offerte, della gestione degli ordini e contratti, della rendicontazione delle attività e dell'avvio della fatturazione.
La risorsa, inserita nel team Sales e rispondendo al Customer Service Manager, dovrà occuparsi principalmente di:
- Preparazione preventivi e redazione offerte commerciali, collaborando con il team;
- Gestione degli ordini e dei contratti, assicurandosi che gli ordini dei clienti siano stati elaborati nei tempi e nei modi prefissati, monitorando l'intero ciclo dell'ordine;
- Verifica e preparazione rendicontazione, tenuta e aggiornamento della reportistica per monitoraggi e analisi;
- Assistenza clienti per la parte operativo/amministrativa e commerciale, assicurando risposte tempestive e propositive alle richieste dei clienti, gestendo efficacemente le comunicazioni con clienti, gestendone i reclami;
- Collaborare con il dipartimento Amministrazione per la gestione e l'aggiornamento delle anagrafiche dei clienti, per il processo di fatturazione.
Diploma o laurea in materie umanistiche, economiche o tecniche;
Gradita esperienza in ruoli di Customer Service nel settore B2B, preferibilmente nel settore agroalimentare e/o prodotto; saranno valutate positivamente anche candidature senza una specifica esperienza pregressa;
Ottime capacità di utilizzo di applicativi informatici e di Excel, per la gestione e l'analisi dei dati; la conoscenza di software CRM e ERP sarà considerato un plus;
Ottima predisposizione alle relazioni con i clienti, sensibilità commerciale, proattività;
Capacità di analisi, problem solving e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
