Customer Service Specialist

FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist - Order Processing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator;
• Plan the production of required equipment;
• Monitor the progress of production orders;
• Ensure compliance with commercial conditions in sales contracts;
• Resolve return shipments, non-conformities, and delivery delays;
• Provide customer support;
• Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in compliance with regulations;
• Ensure goods collection and logistics documentation;
• Monitor customer credit situations.
Competences and Requirements:
• Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics;
• 3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration;
• Client and Service Orientation;
• Excellent knowledge of English and a second language;
• Precision and accuracy;
• Risk Analysis and Problem Solving;
• Planning and Organization;
• Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office.
