Job Description:

Role Summary:

Our Financial Controller will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive financial insights to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting relevant financial data points.
  • Supporting the local Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in preparing budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, and recommending plans.
  • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.

Main Tasks:

  • Implementing the controlling setup over the new plant.
  • Maintaining internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
  • Supporting the CFO in establishing financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Supporting the Purchase department in the management of trading goods inventory.
  • Enhancing internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
  • Being the local expert on FICO SAP 4 HANA topics.
  • Supporting the Corporate team in developing new reports using SAP and Power BI.
  • Supporting sales plan activities and periodical sales reports for the business unit.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of S4/HANA (Fi.CO) and Power BI.
  • Deep knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, and sales control.

Language:

Excellent English.
