Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our best-in-class service back-office team at Ccr (Carrier Commercial Refrigeration). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth, and increasing revenue and gross margin.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
Analyze performance metrics and take proactive actions to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the Service Operations team to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, Carrier products, and commercial principles to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of commercial principles, industry standards, and Carrier products.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
