Position Overview:

We are seeking a PR Senior Account Executive/Account Manager with expertise in technology public relations to enhance our Milan team. In this role, you will leverage your passion and determination to collaborate with a diverse array of tech brands, driving innovative integrated communication campaigns while mentoring junior team members and overseeing press office operations. You will immerse yourself in client campaigns, generating award-winning concepts that resonate with a broad audience, ensuring your clients gain the recognition they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 4 to 5 clients, primarily in the B2B sector, overseeing daily operations, deliverables (with senior oversight), media relations, reporting, and prioritization.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members as needed.
  • Maintain a results-oriented approach, ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality deliverables.
  • Actively participate in team efforts, demonstrating a collaborative spirit.
  • Adopt a strategic mindset, planning ahead based on Statements of Work (SOWs) to advance client objectives.
  • Develop and sustain strong media and influencer relationships within the technology sector, continuously enhancing these connections.
  • Innovate beyond existing plans to provide clients with fresh, exciting campaign ideas that align with business goals and foster organic account growth.
  • Skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, instilling confidence in senior clients and motivating your team.
  • Engage in new business pitches, market analysis, and creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a dynamic public relations environment, preferably within innovation and B2B technology sectors (such as IT, telecommunications, AI, energy, automotive) – technology expertise is essential.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong media, social media, and influencer contacts.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Proficiency with major press office tools.
  • Experience managing international client accounts.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with a creative mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine interest in and comprehensive knowledge of technology and digital commerce.
  • A demonstrated track record in client management.
  • Some experience in team leadership.
  • Experience in new business pitches and competitive analysis.
