About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Relations Specialist to join our team at Infobip. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for promoting our company's story, strategic positioning, vision, and product innovations with various stakeholders, including employees, prospects, clients, media, influencers, and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication programs aligned with our company goals and objectives, ensuring key messages are effectively shared with internal and external audiences.
  • Create a public relations strategy for the region, identifying opportunities to build brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Support the execution of public relations plans and strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Manage multiple public relations agencies on a regional level, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Cultivate new relationships and build on existing relationships with journalists, thought-leaders, and influencers, securing media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters, and creative content to grow our company's footprint and reputation.
  • Work with agencies to ensure content localization when needed, adapting messaging and materials for different regions and languages.
  • Plan and execute media events and press conferences, managing logistics and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements, and other media engagements, providing expert insights and commentary.
  • Provide media training for spokespeople, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate our company's message and values.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing regular reporting and insights to inform our communications strategy.

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Public Relations Specialist with a strong track record of success in a similar role. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field, with a minimum of [number] years of experience in public relations or a related field. You will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
