Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled PR & Media Manager to enhance Brioni's visibility and prestige through strategic public relations and media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Milan PR Central office and maintain relationships with Italian media and international press representatives.
  • Coordinate external PR offices in France, Germany, and the UK.
  • Develop and execute annual and seasonal PR strategies to elevate brand awareness through traditional media channels.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create essential press materials, including press releases and media alerts.
  • Plan and organize press events and seasonal collection showcases.
  • Support regional teams with local PR efforts and global press events.
  • Manage celebrity dressing for the EMEA region and coordinate worldwide efforts.

Global Media Management

  • Define and implement a global media buying strategy across print, digital, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Coordinate regional media plans with Brioni's teams.
  • Oversee media plans for franchisees and brand partners.
  • Work closely with the Digital Commerce team on budget allocation and action plans.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Relations and Media within a luxury or global organization.
  • Strong expertise in public relations.
  • Experience in media planning.
  • Proficient in managing external PR agencies.
  • Established network with local, national, and international media outlets.
  • Experience in budget management and planning.
  • Good understanding of digital media landscapes.
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of accountability, initiative, and drive.
  • A quick learner who can prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
