We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Turin, Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing Kellanova brands' presence in assigned points of sale, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Kellanova brands' sales by achieving targets in assigned points of sale and tasks, including shelf reorganization, out-of-stock monitoring, and share of shelf management.
  • Effectively manage POS panels through daily and weekly visit schedules.
  • Execute the AMPPS strategy by ensuring Kellanova's Brands presence, assortment, and distribution, optimizing product location, organization, and visibility in stores, and enhancing promotional KPIs using point-of-purchase (POP) material.
  • Analyze data and share insights with the manager, identifying short- and medium-term actions based on insights and continuously monitoring trade, category, and brand evolution.
  • Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives, providing advance information, recommendations, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably in economics or a related field.
  • Driving license.
  • Knowledge of trade, categories, brands strategies, consumer and shopper behavior within FMCG.
  • Fluency in local language (Italian) and English.
