Job Title: mRNA Manufacturing Operator

Thermo Fisher Scientific, a world leader in serving science, is seeking a highly skilled mRNA Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Monza, Italy.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our mRNA production team. As an mRNA Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our mRNA products. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement processes that meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment and machinery in the mRNA production area.
  • Perform quality control checks on mRNA products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in a bioprocessing or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
