Job Title: Manager - Finance Business Planning

At Sky Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Finance Business Planning to join our team. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving our business forward.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans that align with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead data analysis to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Build business cases to evaluate new opportunities and partnership renewals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on performance, progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Strategy team to develop and refine business planning methodologies.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized repository of business planning documents.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to streamline business planning activities.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to business planning methodology.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong background in both business and finance.
  • 7+ years' experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategy development.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
