Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with agreed product and process specifications.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to reduce defect rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supplier product and process with customer-specific requirements.
  • Manage supplier complaints and non-conformity issues.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to suppliers to improve their quality performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong technical background or equivalent working experience in metal forming, metallic components, or plastic components manufacturing.
  • Certified process auditor according to VDA 6.3 or equivalent.
  • Excellent English language skills (B2 or above).
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Frequent business travel (up to 50%) is required.
