Global Customer Offering Manager

Amplifon is seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Offering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for evolving our offering and pricing strategy, driving transformational projects that impact and maximize performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test, and successfully roll-out offering projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market-by-market business peculiarities and needs to ensure a balance between global strategy standardization and local customization.
  • Monitor and coordinate projects, anticipating and communicating project status and risks to key stakeholders.
  • Gather and formalize business requirements in partnership with Marketing and IT teams.
  • Anticipate and manage project risks to ensure timely and accurate go-to-market.
  • Size revenues impact and ensure performance KPIs monitoring and follow-up during pilot and rollout phases.
  • Maintain a focus on stakeholders' needs, system integrators, and technological partners.
Candidate Profile:
  • 6+ years of project management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or a well-structured company.
  • Proven experience in managing projects related to complex offering services and familiarity with pricing topics.
  • Previous experience in pricing, revenue management, RGM, product and services design, and development or process improvement.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.
  • Strong data-driven approach to decision-making and complex problem-solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness.
  • Understanding or experience of Salesforce as a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passionate, with high ambition to deliver first-class results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel in EMEA.
