About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Executive to join our team of Medical, Security and Logistics experts based in Milan. As a key member of our international operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality case management and providing swift resolutions to client situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating a caring attitude and exceeding client expectations.
  • Coordinate cases effectively by booking appointments, authorizing treatments, and handling policy claims with professionalism and care.
  • Assess situations, coordinate medical care, and communicate logistics across the world.
  • Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, security, and operations experts in a fast-paced environment.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Italian, and French are essential.
  • Critical thinking and organizational skills to handle a variety of situations.
  • Naturally sympathetic with determination to help people.
  • Ability to take ownership of protecting data and process integrity.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience as a Customer Service Executive in a contact centre or similar environment would be beneficial.
  • Educated to A' Level or Degree level with an interest in Healthcare, World Politics, or International Security is preferred.
