As a member of the Oncology Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely execution of projects or segments of extensive, intricate assignments for clients within the life sciences sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying and promoting potential new business avenues while supporting the sales process.

In your capacity as a Senior Consultant, you will engage in the following key activities:


• Analyze client needs or challenges and assist in crafting proposals for cost-effective solutions that guarantee profitability and high levels of client satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Analysts and Consultants, and, when applicable, to Statistical Services involved in the project.

• Create comprehensive documentation and specifications.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to uncover client issues and develop tailored solutions.

• Design, structure, and present client reports and presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

• Potentially present findings directly to clients.

• Suggest enhancements and alternative solutions to address challenges.

• Identify new business opportunities and follow-up work at assigned clients.

• Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up after project deliverables are completed.

• Continuously expand your knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through practical experience and training opportunities.

• When acting as Project Manager, effectively manage project timelines and maintain daily communication with clients and team members.

Desired Skills and Experience


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or the life sciences sector

• Strong project management and client relationship-building skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve team objectives.

• Proven experience in developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the life sciences industry.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.

• Awareness of key issues and current trends in the life sciences industry.

• Knowledge of Oncology and/or Hematology Therapeutic Areas and experience with launch readiness programs.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
