About the Role

We are seeking a talented young graduate to join our Human Resources Business Partner Team for a fixed-term position.

You will be part of a team of 6 colleagues in the Italian Business Unit and will be focused on Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Supply Chain Areas.

You will gain knowledge of Ferrero HR key processes and will interact with all HR departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the team in activities involving HR key processes, such as workforce planning and budgeting, performance management and reward, career and individual development, etc.
  • Collection and analysis of KPIs and preparation of HR reports and dashboards.
  • Interaction with all HR centers of expertise – i.e., Talent Development, Reward, Administration.
  • HR projects.
  • Employer Branding.
  • Recruitment.
  • Talent Management.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Business/Economic/Humanistic studies.
  • A person with an analytical attitude and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint as a must.
  • Previous experience in HR.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
