The Role

We are seeking a talented young graduate to join our Human Resources Business Partner Team for a fixed-term position. As a member of our Italian Business Unit, you will be focused on Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Supply Chain Areas. You will gain knowledge of Ferrero's HR key processes and interact with all HR departments.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the team in activities involving:

  • HR key processes, including workforce planning and budgeting, performance management, and reward
  • Collection and analysis of KPIs and preparation of HR reports and dashboards
  • Interaction with all HR centers of expertise, including Talent Development, Reward, and Administration
  • HR projects, Employer Branding, Recruitment, and Talent Management
Requirements

We are looking for a person with:

  • Successfully completed Business/Economic/Humanistic studies
  • An analytical attitude with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in HR
  • A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
