Job Description

NABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Education Roma. This position is responsible for leading the academic team in Rome and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Faculty Management: Oversee the management of faculty members, including planning, in-class experience, and professional development.
  2. Program Portfolio Management: Implement and maintain the portfolio of programs offered by the school, ensuring quality and continuity in line with NABA's standards.
  3. Teaching Excellence: Guarantee an excellent level of teaching to maximize student satisfaction and quality indicators.
  4. Academic Strategy: Develop and implement academic strategies in collaboration with the Dean and School Director.
  5. Course Leadership: Coordinate course leaders and collaborate with them to ensure teachers attend classes as required and minimize unnecessary cancellations.
  6. Academic Coordination: Collaborate with the Office of Academic Coordination and School Director to optimize occupancy and minimize costs.
  7. Faculty Selection: Select the best faculty for classes in collaboration with area leaders and course leaders.
  8. Performance Management: Ensure professors' performance meets required standards.
  9. Student Experience: Guarantee the best academic experience in class for students.
  10. Communication: Inform the School Director and agree on necessary actions to maximize student satisfaction.
  11. Enrollment Support: Collaborate and support the enrollment team to achieve assigned goals for the academic year.
  12. Career Services: Encourage course leaders to collaborate with the Office of Career Services to expand NABA's company network.
  13. Representation: Represent the School in institutional events and meetings with Associate Universities, in collaboration with the School Director.
  14. Budget Management: Define inputs for the annual Academic budget and monitor monthly actuals.
  15. Financial Analysis: Inform the School Director on budget progression and support the Finance Manager to analyze variances and define corrective measures.
  16. Human Resources: Ensure the management of human resources under their responsibility, their professional growth, and the development of their skills.
  17. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, the ethical code, and procedures.
  18. Change Management: Actively support change management and innovation initiatives.
  19. Documentation: Ensure that all documentation is correctly updated and archived on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
  1. Education: University degree in Education Management, Economics, Business Administration, Art and Design, or a related field. A Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 8-9 years of relevant experience in a managerial position, with significant exposure to the education sector, preferably in a dynamic and international academic environment.
  3. Skills: Proven experience in curriculum development, academic administration, and managing faculty teams. Strong knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and experience in leveraging educational technologies.
  4. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to navigate educational policies, standards, and accreditation processes. Innovative, hands-on, market- and customer-oriented mindset.
  5. Communication: Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal), assess and deploy talent efficiently, and manage work processes.
  6. Language: Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
