Strategic Program Manager Intern

At Amazon, we're committed to making our customers' lives easier. As a Strategic Program Manager Intern, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

The primary purpose of this internship is to conduct data analysis and deep dives to generate insights into system behavior, identify performance gaps, and improvement potentials for Amazon's most strategic brands. You'll work closely with Vendor Managers to help provide a suite of services designed to maximize business performance and grow sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diving deep into large data sets to analyze trends and identify new customer insights
  • Supporting the definition, conceptualization, implementation, and growth of strategic programs and products aiming at digitizing the procurement landscape

This 6-month internship includes:

  • Mentorship: access to unlimited virtual trainings on project management, personal brand, communication skills, and more
  • Get involved: join over 13 Amazon Affinity Groups and become an ally to a cause close to your heart (sustainability, diversity, LGBTQ+, mental and/or physical disabilities, local community initiatives, etc.)

About the team:

You'll be part of either the Amazon Retail or Amazon Fresh business, which aims to improve the selection and shopping experience for customers around the world.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Available to commence an internship between January and December 2025
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of your internship
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - C1 or higher)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian (Level - B2 or higher)

With a salary of approximately $60,000 per year, you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills and achieve personal growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
