Unlock Your Potential as a Membership Sales Associate

At Timreed, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current members, promoting the value of our fitness services, and driving membership growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members and prospects
  • Conduct tours of the club, explaining the benefits of membership and highlighting our unique features
  • Build relationships with members through regular communication and personalized service
  • Sell and upsell gym memberships, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process
  • Perform basic transactions, including enrolling new members and updating billing information
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and sales experience preferred, but not required
