Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with their insurance needs, and supporting brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their insurance needs by answering questions, handling policy inquiries, and supporting brokers.
- Provide exceptional service and be a dependable point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Native Italian speaker with good English skills (B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Customer support experience is an advantage but not necessary.
What We Offer:
- Up to 1,253 Monthly Earnings: Includes a 1,000 base salary, 153 meal allowance, and up to 100 in performance bonuses.
- 2,000 Welcome Bonus: Distributed in 4 payments of 500 every 3 months.
- Affordable Housing: Private room in a company apartment for just 280/month (deducted from salary).
- Additional Benefits: 20/month for transport and up to 400 for airfare reimbursement after 6 months.
- Health Insurance: Free after 6 months.
