We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers.
- Manage projects internally and externally with vendors and partners.
- Support internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.
- Conduct customer site visits (reseller and end user).
- Deliver sales and technical enablement training internally to TD SYNNEX sales teams or externally to the reseller base.
- Handle daily product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and resellers.
- Utilize the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilisation rates.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Experience of SAP R3, Compass, and Business Warehouse is desirable.
- Previous experience of E-business systems.
- Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.
- IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User.
- Existing wide knowledge of product and technology portfolios as relevant to the business unit.
- Italian (professional proficiency) and English (fluent).
- Hybrid work – (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
