We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Finance Value Partner department in Roche Diagnostics Italy.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team, reporting directly to the Lead of the function. You will be responsible for supporting critical topics in the management of a large commercial affiliate in the Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering and Consulting: Collaborate with Salesforce, Medical and Market Access, Marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Profitability Evaluation and Business Case Modeling: Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and create compelling business cases.
- Market Share Analysis and Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain market share analysis and sales forecasting models to support business planning.
- P&L Management and Cost Monitoring: Oversee P&L management and cost monitoring activities to ensure financial performance meets expectations.
- Degree in Economic Disciplines: Hold a degree in Economics or a related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in finance and accounting.
- Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to achieving business objectives.
