Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? We're seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager to join our team at STAR, a leading company in the Italian food scene. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of one of our iconic brands and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our brand strategy, leveraging all marketing levers to drive business growth
  • Manage a portfolio of products, identifying opportunities and challenges, and implementing effective marketing plans
  • Lead the growth of our categories through 360 innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Recognize business opportunities through consumer behavior analysis and market research
  • Manage marketing budgets and contribute to Communications Plans
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing teams, with at least 3 years of brand management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in portfolio management
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
