About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Affinity Petcare. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand strategy in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives, and manage the brand's overall marketing mix.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to align on brand messaging and ensure consistency across all markets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the brand's budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
