About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Affinity Petcare. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand strategy in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives, and manage existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to align brand strategies and ensure consistency across markets.
  • Manage and analyze market research and consumer data to inform brand decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
