About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Partnership Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying market potential, developing suitable solutions, and conducting contract negotiations with corporate customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and provide ongoing support and advice.
  • Support our financing and non-banking partners, ensuring regular coordination on joint customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and expand our business in Italy in collaboration with our team.
  • Prepare and attend trade fairs and events in the region.
  • Continuously develop our services and customer/partner processes in coordination with our teams in Hamburg.
Requirements
  • A degree in economics or finance, with several years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or B2B working capital.
  • Experience in advising companies of various sizes and/or in strategic and operational sales activities in corporate finance/trade finance/working capital.
  • Knowledge of treasury is desirable.
  • High level of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
