Senior Sales and Partnership Manager Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Partner Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying market potential, developing suitable solutions, and conducting contract negotiations with corporate customers. You will also be responsible for acquiring and supporting new customers, as well as developing and expanding strategic sales and financing partners for cflox.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new customers and provide ongoing support and advice.
- Support our financing and non-banking partners, ensuring regular coordination on joint customers and new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement our business strategy in Italy, in collaboration with our teams in Hamburg and Milan.
- Represent cflox at trade fairs and events in the region, promoting our product and service portfolio to customers and partners.
- Continuously develop our services and customer and partner processes, in collaboration with our teams in Hamburg.
- A degree in economics or finance, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate finance, treasury, or B2B working capital, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of treasury is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and travel within Italy.
- Business fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
- An entrepreneurial approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
