About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Partner Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying market potential, developing suitable solutions, and conducting contract negotiations with corporate customers. You will also be responsible for acquiring and supporting new customers, as well as developing and expanding strategic sales and financing partners for cflox.

Main Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and provide subsequent support and advice.
  • Support our financing and non-banking partners, ensuring regular coordination on joint customers and new sales potentials.
  • Develop and implement our business strategy in Italy in coordination with the team.
  • Prepare and attend trade fairs and events in the region to promote our services.
  • Continuously develop our services and customer and partner processes in coordination with our teams in Hamburg.
Requirements
  • A degree in economics or finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in corporate finance, treasury, or B2B working capital, with a passion for winning over customers and partners for cflox solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
