We are seeking a Coordinator for Environmental, Health, and Safety within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. EHS Strategy Development
• Actively contribute to the implementation of the EHS strategy at the site, providing essential insights and recommendations to ensure the effective delivery of the local EHS system.

2. EHS Management System
• Oversee the management of the EHS system on a global scale, optimizing operations by deploying policies, guidelines, and best practices while ensuring alignment with applicable standards and regulations.

• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to ensure compliance and standardization of EHS practices.

3. Risk Assessment and Reporting
• Regularly evaluate EHS risks and potential issues, generating reports and analyses to monitor key performance indicators and ensure documentation is current.

4. Project Leadership
• Lead assigned projects through various phases, ensuring adherence to project plans and objectives.

5. Supplier Collaboration
• Engage in supplier management and qualification processes, offering insights based on EHS standards and requirements.

6. Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a liaison with business functions, fostering a culture of EHS awareness and facilitating effective communication to manage issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Familiarity with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations;
• RSPP Certification is required;
• Strong knowledge of environmental health and safety laws and international standards;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proven ability to manage challenges and timelines effectively.
