RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the uninterrupted functionality of critical IT operations, including operating systems, security applications, and server management. Set up, configure, and provide assistance for desktop software, hardware, printers, and telecommunication devices. Conduct system and network architecture design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration to ensure that all components align with business requirements and operate cohesively. Oversee the deployment of applications and software updates while diagnosing any performance-related challenges. Educate and assist staff in utilizing software and hardware effectively, offering technical support as necessary. Keep updated with emerging technologies, hardware, and software to evaluate their potential influence and relevance to organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; a High School diploma with relevant certifications is advantageous. Prior professional experience in IT within a comparable role. Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, current technologies, enterprise backup and recovery processes, and system performance monitoring tools. A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach. Capability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. Proficient in English, German, and Italian.
