YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain uninterrupted functionality of critical IT operations, including operating systems, security applications, and server management.
  • Install, configure, and provide assistance for workstation software, hardware, printers, and telecommunication devices.
  • Design, document, implement, test, and manage systems and networks to ensure they align with business requirements and operate cohesively.
  • Execute software upgrades and application installations while diagnosing and resolving performance challenges.
  • Offer support and training to staff on software and hardware usage, delivering technical assistance as necessary.
  • Keep updated with emerging technologies, hardware, and software to evaluate their potential relevance and impact on organizational objectives.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; a High School diploma with relevant certifications is advantageous.
  • Prior professional experience in IT within a comparable role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, current technologies, enterprise backup and recovery protocols, and system performance monitoring tools.
  • A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
  • Capability to work autonomously and in an organized manner.
  • Proficient in English, German, and Italian.
