Posizione

Technical Help Desk - settore Defence

Lavorerai presso la sede di Bolzano (BZ) e sarai inserito nel team tecnico di un importante cliente operante nel settore Defence.

Le tue attività principali saranno:

  • Supporto attivo dei clienti nella gestione delle domande e dei quesiti tecnici;
  • Analisi e gestione delle richieste e delle segnalazioni di malfunzionamento utilizzando avanzati software di ticketing;
  • Analisi dei malfunzionamenti e guasti identificando le principali cause dei problemi meccanici e motoristici;
  • Supporto tecnico di primo livello nella ricerca guasti e nella gestione dei problemi e attivazione supporto stradale presso officine o basi militari cliente.
Requisiti

Sei la persona giusta se:

  • Possiedi un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Possiedi un diploma con indirizzo tecnico/meccanico;
  • Possiedi competenze di base tecnica e meccanica;
  • Gradita esperienza nel customer service;
  • Possiedi una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office 365.
